Delivery

Our deliveries are handled by APC. Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received. A second confirmation email shall confirm the items that have been despatched and inform you of the expected delivery date. Please note that we only deliver to the cardholders billing address by default but if you wish to change your delivery address, please place your order as normal and email us at: sales@retrotouch.co.uk

* Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

Delivery within the UK

Minimum Delivery charge £ 3.99 (2-4 working days) Additional products charged at £0.50 extra.

Express Next day delivery £ 8.00. Express delivery is only available for goods in stock. For orders received before 2pm, delivery will be on next working day. After 2pm, delivery will be within 2 working days. For Orders recieved on Friday on next day delivery, will be delivered on Monday.

Larger orders will be charge by the weight, this is determined at checkout.

Shipping to the Channel Islands

All deliveries to the Channel Islands are handled exclusively by Royal Mail. Processing, delivery times, and general shipping information are the same as above, however please allow an extra day as on some occasions delivery outside of mainland UK might take longer.

Shipping within the EU / Worldwide

All European deliveries will be dispatched using DHL sign for service. This is a secure and fast delivery method and we are able track the order at any time. The delivery time is 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.

Shipping charges depend on the destination country and the weight of your order.

EU countries from £25.00 and will take between 3-5 working days.
Worldwide from £37.00 and will take between 3-7 working days

Heavier packages will be charged at cost. Retrotouch will not be held responsible for any local import and customs duties payable for goods delivered overseas.

Delivery times

Card payment: Your order will arrive in 2 to 4 days. All orders in Stock will be despatched within 24 hours. Most orders shall arrive within 48 hours via recorded delivery.

International orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

All delivery times are dependent on items being in stock. We shall contact you, if items will take longer to arrive.
