Customer support during coronavirus

As our lives become increasingly disrupted by the spread of Covid-19, we wanted to take a moment to reassure our customers about our continued commitment to providing high quality customer service during this period. 

Despite these difficult circumstances, we’re committed to ensuring as little disruption to our services as possible. We are fully set up for home working and all office functions will be working as normal, albeit remotely. Orders are still being shipped locally and internationally and we have made the necessary adjustments to keep our warehousing functions active. 

For those who are able to work from home during this time, our fixtures and fittings are seeing a lot more use. In such situations, you may discover things not working the way you expected, or issues you may have not encountered before. In such cases, we know that quality customer service is vital in ensuring your experience is as painless as possible. That means no waiting on hold for hours on end, no stalling websites, and no obscurity when it comes to getting an answer you need. 

If you’re looking for a quick solution to your problem, our dedicated support page contains a wealth of information that will allow you to get everything working again in no time. Our page includes: 


  • A huge range of frequently asked questions to suit your specific Retrotouch product
  • A list of all the product manuals, so you’ll never have to go turning out all your kitchen cupboards again!
  • A detailed returns page for any faulty items you may have been sent
  • Information about our delivery costs and estimated times
  • Spare parts. If a whole weekend of sofa rummaging still has not identified the whereabouts of your remote, you’ll probably need a new one. If you’ve lost something, or need an extra part, it is more than likely we’ll have what you want.
